It is a fact that large amounts of print are currently being routed through expensive to run desktop printers.Our fully comprehensive Print Audit is designed to highlight printing inefficiences and calculate true cost per image which is typically difficult to acertain in normal circumstances. We offer this Service without the need for the customer to invest a great deal of time or purchase any hardware or software.
 
We are able to identify all networked imaging devices and capture data in terms of number of prints,copies
etc. and also actual toner/ink usage down to single percentage figures.Along with other relevant information such as machine location,IP address and serial number we will then produce a detailed report to establish true cost per image in both black and white and colour to enable the calculation of an accurate Total Cost of Ownership per device.
               
The report will also include any recommendations both immediate and future to ensure the Customer has the best possible Document production solution at the most cost effective price.
